Slow and Steady...

I thought I could complete this by the end of the year but at the rate I'm going memang tak boleh.... My next target is end of January!
I managed to get some backstitching done and filled in most of the white spaces on the house...Can you see the other cat?
Hopefully the next time I show this piece it will be complete...wish me luck!!

PV update

This is what I've been working on while hibernating! Since my SAL is complete I can now concentrate on this but progress is slow cos there's so many 1/4 stitches and floss changes!
But I think the result is worth it..

If u notice there's a cat on the ground...beside the quilt. That's the only backstitching I've done for this piece...couldn't wait to see the purr!!

Purrfect Patterns as of end August
I totally ignored this piece for 2 months...but finally last month I managed to work on it a bit more... N this is my progress so far...


I had to do some frogging at the bottom right-hand corner, so now dah merajuk sikit with this piece, so kena tunggu mood datang balik to continue working on this!

Oh well

Looks like I won't be able to finish this wedding sampler in time for the wedding on Friday...
Oh well it's my own fault for leaving it to the last minute...
But I will make sure that I finish it by this week, then send it to the shop for framing n beg him
to buat cepat2 so that I can give it to them before they go for their honeymoon!!

From this day forward...

Didn't get much done last week but I did mange to start this wedding sampler. This is taken from Joan Elliot's Sentiments n Sayings. I plan to give it
to my cousin who's getting married next month... oh no... sempat ke ni?? Looks like my
Purr-fect PV has to be hibernating for a while. MDSE pun tak start lagi....

Not too bad...

I thought I didn't get too much done last week but after comparing the 2 photos all I can say is not too bad for a slow n steady stitcher like me....

Somehow last week was not a good week, too lazy to do anything... trying to make amends this week but it's soooo hot.... yeah yeah blame it on the weather!

Purr-fect Patterns

This is my current project. In all honesty this quilt was so so so HARD to do. So many colors n so many quarter stitches. I had to put it away for a while after getting all the color parts done. But i picked it up again yesterday n have started on the chair...
